Mindfulness, Movement & Meditation
The practice of mindfulness and meditation helps us to stay present in our day to day experiences. It is being aware of our breath, thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgment. Mindfulness can help us learn to let go of stress or worries and practice kindness and self compassion for ourselves and others.
Mindfulness movement and yoga helps us connect our mind and body through the balance of strength and flexibility and using the natural rhythm of the breath or other kinds of healing breath work.
When we focus our attention on breathing in and breathing out, we give our mind, body and spirit permission to tune in, soften, calm and relax.
